In developing “model townhouses” with the aim of communicating the attractiveness of townhouses and motivating townhouse owners and businesses to make use of their townhouses, the program will call for project proposals and partially subsidize the necessary expenses for the businesses.
The project proposals for the model townhouses will be solicited, and a portion of the necessary expenses will be subsidized to the project sponsors.
